Parking Lot Striping

Fresh, crisp lines make a lot safer, easier to navigate and more inviting. We handle new layouts and restriping for businesses, churches, HOAs and property managers.

Faded lines lead to crooked parking, confused traffic flow and a property that looks neglected. Texas sun and heavy traffic wear paint down fast, and most lots need restriping every couple of years to stay sharp.

ResCom stripes new and existing lots across the Houston Bay Area. We can pressure wash the lot first so the paint bonds to clean asphalt or concrete, then lay out and paint every line, arrow and symbol — and we’ll work nights or weekends to keep your lot open.

New layouts and restriping

For restriping, we follow your existing layout and repaint every line crisp and bright. For new lots or re-layouts — after sealcoating or an overlay — we lay out stalls, drive lanes and accessible parking so the lot flows well and maximizes spaces.

Accessible stalls, access aisles and fire lanes have their own requirements. See ADA & fire lane striping for details.

Clean first, stripe second

Paint doesn’t stick to dirt, oil or loose debris. Because we’re a commercial pressure washing company too, we can clean the lot before striping so your new lines last longer — no second contractor to coordinate.

Parking Lot Striping FAQs

How often should a parking lot be restriped?

Most lots need restriping every 18–24 months, sooner for high-traffic areas or lots that get full sun. If you can’t clearly see stall lines from your car, it’s time.

Do you have to close the lot?

Usually not entirely. We can stripe in sections, or schedule nights and weekends when traffic is lightest. Traffic paint dries quickly so sections can reopen fast.

Can you add new stalls or change our layout?

Yes. We can re-lay out a lot after sealcoating or resurfacing, add accessible stalls, create loading zones, or paint custom stencils like “Reserved” or “Visitor.”

Do you stripe curbs and wheel stops?

Yes — curbs, wheel stops, light pole bases and speed bumps can all be painted for visibility.
