How our house washing process works

Walk-around. We check for loose trim, open windows, outlets and delicate plants before we start.
Protect. Landscaping is pre-wet and rinsed so it’s protected from cleaning solution.
Apply. Solution goes on from the bottom up at low pressure and is given time to work.
Rinse. Everything is rinsed from the top down, including windows, porches and walkways.
Final check. We walk the property with you (or send photos) to make sure you’re happy.

Most customers bundle their house wash with driveway and patio cleaning so the whole property looks finished. If your roof has black streaks or your gutters have “tiger stripes,” ask about roof and gutter cleaning while we’re on site.

Is soft washing safe for my plants and pets?

Yes, when it’s done properly. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping, control overspray, and ask that pets stay inside until surfaces are rinsed and dry.

How long does a house wash last?

Because soft washing kills mildew and algae instead of just knocking off the surface layer, results typically last well over a year. Shady sides of the home may show regrowth sooner.

Can you clean painted brick or older homes?

Yes. Low pressure is exactly why soft washing is the right choice for painted surfaces and older homes. We’ll look for peeling or loose paint during the walk-around and point it out before we start.

Do you clean the windows too?

Windows get a thorough rinse as part of the house wash, which removes most dirt and pollen. We don’t offer detailed interior/exterior window cleaning.
